Advantec Solution ‚SMS Terms of Service

## 1. Program Description
Advantec Solution ("Advantec Solution," "we," "us," or "our") is a telecommunications provider delivering UCaaS and CCaaS services to business clients. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding service updates, outage and maintenance notices, appointment and billing reminders, renewal notices, and account and support information related to the products and services you currently receive from us.

## 2. Consent to Receive Messages
You are enrolled only after providing prior express consent, for example, by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, on a service agreement or onboarding document, or by giving verbal or written authorization to an Advantec Solution representative.

- You are the subscriber of the mobile number provided, or the customary user with authority to consent on the subscriber's behalf
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You agree to receive SMS messages from Advantec Solution at that number, including messages sent using automated technology
