With the UCaaS platform, admins on the system can pull up a list of every physical device that's been provisioned to the domain helping troubleshoot all physical phones at once. This feature shows Mac Address, model, preferred server, lines and notes. Admins can also access this menu to make changes on the configuration of the physical phone thought the vButton Builder represented by a gear on the right hand side of the record.
By hovering over the status icon, the system will display "Registered" information including the last time the device pinged back. Answering Rules work with this feature when the device is disconnected.
